This form is for individuals who have paid for parking and received a parking citation at a beach monitored by SurfCAST and believe there has been a misspelled license plate on either the user’s end or the scanner.

Forms filled out with as much detail as possible will be given priority. Expect a response between 24 and 48 hours.
