Customer Service Assistant
This is a remote position that requires weekend availability from 9 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities include answering phone calls to assist clients with paying their citations, giving instructions regarding the app and web page, and miscellaneous issues that need assistance. At Otto, we value customer service and are looking for someone who can give our clients care and attention to detail.
Parking Support
Parking Support is a primarily seasonal position depending on the location you are hired for. Transportation is required. Parking Support issues citations and assists clients with paying for parking in real-time. At Otto, we want people to learn how easy our app is to use, so nothing stops them from enjoying a day at the beach.
