Town Rules for Paid Parking

-Oak Island has paid parking April 1st through September 30th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

-Vehicles must be parked in spaces marked by yellow bumpers.

-Vehicles must be parked straight & centered at either a yellow or blue(handicapped) parking bumper.

-Holden Beach has paid parking April 1st through October 31st, paid parking will be enforced 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

-Free parking is available before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM.

-All parking will use license plates for verification.

-Per ordinance, there is no parking on the streets or rights-of-way except in designated parking spaces identified by Pay-to-Park signs.

-Topsail Beach paid parking starts March 1st

-Paid parking is required only in the south-end parking lot on the sound side (next to the Serenity Point Townhomes – at the end of Shore Line Drive and Inlet Drive).

-North Topsail Beach has paid parking year-round from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

-On-street parking is no longer permitted. Those parked in the right-of-way will receive a citation and fine.
