This form is for individuals who have received a parking violation at a beach monitored by SurfCAST.

Otto Connect does not accept the following as grounds for a dispute:

Lack of knowledge or understanding of the town's parking regulations
Difficulty in locating a valid parking space
No other vehicles were ticketed
Failure to have the correct payment method

Forms filled out with as much detail as possible will be given priority. You can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours.
