SurfCast Instruction Manual
Step 1: Download the App.
Download the app. at your Google Play or Apple Store. After the app. is installed, this screen will appear on your phone. Click “Create Account.”
Step 2: Create Your Account
Create your account by typing in your email address or the phone number you want to be associated with your account. That will be your username to sign-in in the future.
Create a password and make sure it is spelled exactly the same in both the password field and the password validation field. That will be your password for sign-in in the future.
Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the box.
You can opt into future notifications for extending your time by email or text by checking the box. You can also save your username and password for future use, as well as opt-in to location services to have a more personal experience.
Step 3: Park
if you are already in a parking spot, go ahead and click the park button.
If not, check out SurfCasts various features such as Community and Customer Support.
Step 4: Pay for Parking
Enter the parking zone listed on the sign and the duration you plan on being parked in the parking zone.
Enter the license plate number and state of the plate of the vehicle parked. Then click enter. If you input the incorrect license plate, then click “remove” and reenter the license plate number. Ensure the license plate number entered is correct for our parking support staff.
